During the webinar we addressed a number of audience questions. However there were two questions we did not have time to answer. Here’s Ms. Fripp’s response:
Ms. Fripp: Chris, no I said “get into the story late and leave early.” This relates to getting to the main action of the story earlier. The person I am quoting is Michael Hauge. Check out his website and sign up for his newsletter. Most speakers give too much set up.

Ms. Fripp: JoAnn, yes. Getting to the point, focus on the listen, give examples and application for your ideas is just as important in conversations and 1-1 meetings.
