		<description>This is one of the great joys of being a speechwriter, you can listen to an exceptional speech and judge it on its&#039; artistic merits instead of on partisan politics.  I don&#039;t always agree with the political commentary of either party yet I love the eloquence of well-written and delivered speech.  Obama certainly makes up for the oratory drivel foisted on us by George W.</description>
