In the final few minutes of his keynote, Sorensen talks of the importance of speech outlines and mnemonic devices. In comments that will be of especial interest to my colleagues in the National Speakers Association, he wonders why event organizers often request a speaker talk for free while they would never expect the caterers to provide free food at the event.
