What a great interview! I have had the privilege of knowing Susie for more than 17 years, and was around when Legacy of Hope first appeared as an intriguing inspiration. I've watched it bloom into an incredible program that has reached thousands of teens and have had the joy of watching it melt many hearts that have been deeply hurt and hardened through substance abuse and parental neglect. Susie's passion for teens has translated into a one-woman ministry that is doing an awesome job of changing hearts and healing souls. The CPAE award is an incredible honor, and one that is very richly deserved. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Susie. I was around when she was getting her start and performed for our Resource Showcase for parents, teachers, and agencies. She had such talent and stage presence that I knew she would make it big. I am a big fan and wish her continued success helping teens and families cope and develop healthy communications.
